Transitions Lenses automatically adjust to changing light conditions to provide convenient protection from UV rays and glare. This increases everyday visual quality and everyday visual comfort. EXCELLENT PHOTOCHROMIC PERFORMANCE
This is good news for patients who wear standard index lenses. Transitions Lenses are as clear as clear hard-coated lenses indoors. They become darker outdoors - as dard as sunglasses outside in brigth light. In addition, they react quickly in changing light conditions, providing the right amount of tint at the right time.

FAST FADE BACK
They fade back quickly for enhanced visual comfort, visual quality and convenient protection for patients. Transitions Lenses in standard index are also compatible with anti-reflective (A/R) and hard coatings.

PERFORMS WELL IN ALL TEMPERATURES
Transitions Lenses perform well at all temperatures. In hot climates, like all photochromic lenses, they will not get quite as dark, yet Transitions Lenses still provide a high level of visual comfort. In extreme temperatures, some patients may want additional protection. We recommend Transitions Lenses for everyday eyewear, and polarized sunglasses for extreme conditions.

UV BLOCKAGE AND GLARE REDUCTION FOR SUN SAFETY
It's important to educate patients about the risks of sun damage to their eyes. Transitions Lenses provide convenient protection from harmful UV rays and glare that can obscure vision. In fact, our lenses block 100% of harmful UVA and UVB rays.

PROCESS COMPATIBILITY
Transitions Lenses are compatible with all major anti-reflective coatings from all major manufacturers. A/R coatings reduce distracting glare fo visual quality and visual comfort. Transitions photochromic lenses with A/R coating transmit more light indoors, and become just as dark outdoors as Transitions Lenses without A/R coating.
