Terms and conditions
1.
Competition
starts the 1st of May and ends the 31st of October
2.
It is a
condition of entry that the rules of the competition are accepted as final, and
that the competitors agree to abide by the rules.
3.
No entrant may
win more than one prize.
4.
The invoice date
will be consider as the valid entry
5.
One ticket will
be issued with the following conditions:
a.
8 Transitions VI
pairs with PNX 1.53, EYAS 1.6 or EYNOA 1.67 materials or
b.
16 Clear pairs
with PNX 1.53, EYAS 1.6 or EYNOA 1.67 materials
c.
Any design is
eligible: Single Vision, Bifocal
and Multifocal
d.
Hard and AR
Coatings are both valid for the Competition
6.
CR-39 is
excluded from this Competition
7.
Generics are
excluded from this Competition namely:
a.
Dagas 1.67 and
1.6
b.
All Acclimates
or Climate-eyes photochromics
c.
Mineral lenses
8.
Tickets are
cumulative
9.
Complimentary
and redos are not eligible for entry tickets
10.
The prize is not
transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
11.
Winners must be
prepared to be photographed and such photograph could possibly be used in future
marketing material
12.
Winners agree to
take part in any publicity about the competition free of charge.
13.
Prizes in the
pictures are for guideline purpose only
14.
The 2nd
prize is including flights tickets in economy class and accomodation
15.
The winners are
responsible for ensuring they are able to accept prizes as set out in these
conditions. This includes, for example arranging their own passport, travel visa
and insurance, and providing valid and up-to-date contact details.
16.
The winners will
be decided thru an audited pre-draw and final draw
17.
50 tickets will
be drawn from all those assigned during the competition period
18.
Jobs from Various
Account Numbers cannot be cumulative. This includes Practices with same owner
19.
Customer can
have more than one entry in the final draw
20.
Prizes are
subject to final draw night attendance20.
Prizes from 1 to
3 cannot be cumulative
